Our vision was to create a small, independent agency; to focus exclusively on Oxford lettings and to develop long term relationships for all our clients.
The tlc dedicated lettings team has a personal knowledge of every property, landlord and tenant. We excel at finding the right tenants for every property via our fair tenant vetting process.
We negotiate competitive rents and charge fair fees for our comprehensive services. Once the lease is signed, we work really hard to ensure the tenancy runs smoothly. We respond quickly to deal with any maintenance problems. We would draw on our knowledge of legal requirements and tenants’ and landlords’ rights to resolve any contractual issue firmly and promptly. Many of our tenancies are successfully renegotiated, year in year out, ensuring continuity of income with minimal void periods.
Although most of our new business comes from referrals or existing landlords, we are actively seeking to increase our portfolio of managed properties. We offer attractive rates for the right quality property in Oxford. We are especially interested in hearing from first time landlords.
