• We require references, a deposit and rent in advance and we will obtain our own personal reference check against any prospective tenant

• We negotiate competitive rents and charge fair fees for our comprehensive services. There is a one-off Agency fee of £200.00

• Being a small team, our tenants can expect friendly communication, efficient administration and a speedy resolution to any matters arising

• Once the lease is signed, we work really hard to ensure the tenancy runs smoothly. We respond quickly to deal with any maintenance problems

• We pride ourselves on being able to deal with and resolve any contractual issues firmly and promptly and would draw on our knowledge of legal requirements and tenants’ and landlords’ rights

• Our client rapport has always been strong. Many tenancies are successfully renegotiated year in year out, which means we often develop long term professional but amicable relationships with our tenants
